The Work Time Intelligence Engine analyses endpoint activity signals to automatically reconstruct each user’s working day. By monitoring application usage, input events, and session boundaries, the engine determines when employees are actively working, when they are idle, and when they are offline. No clock-in systems or manual time tracking required.

Eight daily metrics are computed per user, covering total presence hours, active time, activity rate, focus time, idle time, after-hours activity, and session count. These metrics feed into a 24-hour timeline that visualises the shape of each person’s working day at a glance.

Work time data also feeds into other intelligence engines. Burnout risk scoring uses overtime and after-hours patterns. Productivity scoring uses active time as a baseline. Insider threat scoring monitors unusual work hour patterns. This makes the Work Time engine a foundational data source across the entire platform.
